At the regular February 2011 Board meeting, Estacada Fire District Directors adopted the 2011 Strategic Plan. This plan is a modificated and updated version of a plan first developed in 2001. A strategic plan is important for any group to be able to plan for the future and set your sights on specific goals and objectives.
I will see that this Strategic Plan is viewable on line in the near future. Until it is posted, if a member of the community would like to review our adopted plan I would be happy to email the document to them.
Future agenda items for upcoming Board Meetings include review of Standard Operating Guidelines. Board Meetings are always on the second Thursday of the month at 7pm. The public is always welcome to attend. Please be safe.
